In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. References to any statute or statutory provision include any amendment or re-enactment thereof.

Access to and use of the ww777 Platform is conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent.

Duplicate accounts detected by ww777's systems will be closed and any associated balances consolidated into the primary account or forfeited, at ww777's sole discretion, depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their ww777 account credentials, including their password, two-factor authentication codes, and any security questions configured on the account. ww777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account caused by the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

Players must notify ww777 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to their account by contacting support via the live chat facility or by emailing [email protected]. ww777 will take prompt action to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account.

ww777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its reasonable discretion where it has grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon permanent account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by ww777 — any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

ww777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Players may use any of these methods subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ww777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated gaming winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Losses arising from the Player's own decisions, gaming choices, or failure to read and understand applicable game rules.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from inadequate security practices on the Player's part.
• Any loss, damage, or disruption caused by third-party services, including payment processors or internet service providers.

ww777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall, in all cases and circumstances, be limited to the value of Real Money Funds held in the Player's ww777 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

ww777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ww777 will provide Players with advance notice via email (to the registered address on the account) or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a Player does not agree with any amendment to these Terms, the Player's sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close their account. ww777 will return any Real Money Funds balance in such circumstances, subject to completion of applicable KYC checks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations under the framework applicable to the ww777 operating license. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
